Tips to get the GED Online Program running on your computer.

Tip 1: You must use Internet Explorer. GED Online does not work with other browsers such as Firefox.

Tip 2: Install the patch if you are using GED Online version 3.2 and Internet Explorer version 7 (IE7).

Tip 3: Upgrade your Macromedia Authorware ActiveX control.

Tip 4: Vista users must add GED Online website to their "Trusted Sites"
